For July, I opted for another beauty box (as opposed to their lifestyle box). Inside were two product picks of my own, along with three chosen by the Goodbeing team based on my member profile. Here’s a look at everything inside my personalized box for this month…
My Gorgeous Glo Ultra Soothing Hydration Serum (Deluxe size, Value: $14.00) – This mint-green cream is designed to be used after shaving or waxing. Made with African Marula Oil, Aloe Vera, Vitamin E, Australian tea tree essential oil, Lemon essential Oil, Peppermint oil, witch hazel, and marshmallow root (yum!), it helps to soothe, calm, and hydrate, as well as treat and prevent ingrown hairs. It feels so refreshing and cooling on the skin thanks to the peppermint oil, and combined with the marshmallow root, it has the most delicious, minty-sweet scent! I’ve been using this on my legs and underarms after epilating and am already obsessed!
Delia Organics Lip Nectar with Pumpkin Seed Oil & Lavender (Full size, Value: $19.99) – I suffer from dry lips and am constantly reaching for oils and balms to keep them moisturized, so this Lip Nectar will definitely be getting some use! Formulated with two hydrating oils – Pumpkin Seed Oil and Grapeseed Oil – and three essential oils – Lemon Essential Oil, Sweet Orange Essential Oil, and Lavender Essential Oil – it feels instantly hydrating yet lightweight on the lips, adds a healthy bit of shine, and smells amazing! And to top it off, the rollerball makes for the perfect no-mess applicator!
Gia Minerals Natural Finish Setting Powder in Spice (Deluxe size, Value: $9.60) – This gorgeous setting powder creates a silky smooth, soft-focus finish to the skin. It also helps absorb oilies using kaolin clay and locks in foundation for longer wear, making it perfect for summertime. Though the swatch of the shade ‘Spice’ does look a bit dark on my light-medium skin, once blended in it practically disappears, leaving behind just a hint of warmth. Bonus – it contains white and green tea to help nourish and protect the skin, along with jojoba to lightly hydrate!
Lauren B. Beauty Nail Enamel in Vintage on Vine (Full size, Value: $18.00) – I’m a huge fan of Lauren B.’s non-toxic polishes, so I always get excited when I see her products in the monthly line-up. There were several shades available to pick from this month – I went for the one called ‘Vintage on Vine’. It’s a slightly muted, dusty purple that’s very wearable and very chic. The formula applies smoothly, evenly, and completely streak-free, and builds to full coverage after just two coats (or one very thick coat).
Ursa Major 4-in-1 Essential Face Wipes (Travel size, Value: $3.90) – What a surprise – more face wipes! I just got a pack of these in July’s Petit Vour box, but I’m not disappointed. These wipes come in handy at all times of the year, and especially in the summer. What’s great about these in particular is that they cleanse and remove makeup, as well as exfoliate, tone, soothe, and lightly hydrate, so they cover everything in one step! The best part, they don’t leave behind any residue or film on the skin. Into the travel bag they go! 🙂
