With the holiday festivities coming up quick, our schedules (and bodies) are about to start working overtime!  From holiday shopping, event planning, end-of-year work wrap-ups, and holiday parties, now more than ever we need to make sure we’re getting all the essential nutrients so we can look and feel good.

Fruit and veggie smoothies are probably the easiest way to get all those anti-oxidants and essential vitamins.  On days when I’m slacking in the health department, I will literally grab 3-4 fruits and vegetables from my fridge, stuff them in my blender til it reaches the top, add in some milk and other protein boosters, blend, then drink – it’s just too easy!

When wintertime rolls around, that’s when I make it a point to drink a smoothie everyday, to help me stay healthy, energized, and feeling good.  It’s also a time of the year when I like to kick mine up a notch with one secret ingredient – Emergen-C! It adds that extra boost of antioxidants like Vitamin C, Zinc, and Manganese, plus 7 B-vitamins to enhance energy naturally*.  There are over Emergen-C 20 fizzy flavors to choose from, making for endless smoothie combinations and pairings with all your favorite fruits and veggies.  Plus you can easily stock up on Emergen-C packets at Walgreens while picking up all your other health and beauty essentials!

Such a great idea to put EmergenC in your smoothie! I personally like the taste just by itself but this would pack a smoothie with vitamins. Great idea!
